Here you can find the results for our 2019-2020 Competition Team- please scroll through all pages! Decisions were made by our staff and are final. A friendly reminder that each dancer must return a signed contact and $150 deposit no later than Thursday, June 6th to secure their spot on our team. Please note there is an area on the contract where you will need to write down which routines you are accepting placement in. If you wish to accept placement in all the routines we've placed your child in, you can simply write "ACCEPT ALL CLASSES".
I have also attached the "Competition Q & A Form" for those who would like to review costs, time commitment, etc. before returning contracts.
Contracts and deposits can be mailed to the studio or dropped off at the front desk. Office hours this week are tonight – Monday from 4:30-7:00 pm, Wednesday from 3:00-5:15 pm, and Thursday from 7:00-8:00 pm.
Contracts must be returned by June 6th!
NO LATE CONTRACTS WILL BE ACCEPTED! If you are not able to make it to the studio during these hours you are welcome to leave your contract under the hallway door entrance to the mail studio (please do not use the Lehrer St. Entrance- the floor gets wet if it rains).

To all tap dancers:
While all competitive dancers must take ballet and strength in addition to their classes , tappers are in a unique position- while they benefit greatly from the ballet and strength, they also have a very specialized technique that doesn’t transfer to other styles of dance. While we use time in class weekly to work on tap technique, we honestly don’t have nearly enough time to work on technique as we’d like to. By taking a tap class during our weekly recital classes – our tap dancers have more time to work on technique.
We offer a Thursday – tap technique class – this class does not perform in the recital – it meets weekly to work on tap skills only. We also have several tap classes that do perform in the recital. We strongly recommend an additional tap class for all our tappers. We are hoping to really push our tappers and challenge these dancers. We see so much potential and want to give them every opportunity to improve.

To All Hip Hop Dancers – All dancers who accept a placement in our hip hop group must include which dates for choreography DO NOT work for you. Potential choreography dates for the hip hop group are: Saturday, August 15th / Sunday, August 16th / Saturday, August 29th / Sunday, August 30th. All dancers in the group are expected to be at choreography dates
Later this week you will receive an email with details on our mandatory team Zoom meeting where we'll communicate the class schedule, competition dates, etc. This will be Later in August.
